My Loc Journey Begins. 2Week Old Starter Locs

I have been a bad girl! i have neglected the blog and have not been keeping up with updating it for a long time (a whole year). But my life was just crazy this pass year. i am really trying to work in a routine. i have so much to update you on. I will be playing with uploading more videos as well.

......Anyway, so if you have been following me on my instagram then you would know by now that I loc'd my hair and have made a few videos. However nothing have been shared on the blog ---which I am working on correcting. So I am taking today to share all videos I have made this year and update you with what has been going on with Shelly.

So, yes, I decided to loc my hair Nov 27, 2016 and it has been a great new journey. I used the two strand twist method to start my locs. I installed 114 locs in my hair and really wanted to wake up with great locs, but I was introduced to the guy called Patience.  I am however excited to be on this journey.

In the video below, I recorded a quick view of what my hair looked like after 2weeks loc'd.

I hope you enjoy this video:

Some people also use the term 2-way or 4-way rotation. In the video below, I illustrate on my own locs, the difference between the two methods. you can then compare for yourself, if there is a difference between the two by looking at my locs. Do you interlock your locs? Share below which rotation do you use?
