So Shea Moisture did it again -They came out with a new line of hair care products. I am a serious Shea Moisture lover and almost everything I have tried from them; I fell in love with. So, when I saw that they posted an Instagram pic of the new Shea Moisture smooth and Repair line, I was overly excited like a kid waiting for candy. Lol! I am over the moon happy that I got my hands on this line.
Say hello to my new found loves - The SheaMoisture's Tahitian Noni & Monoi Smooth & Repair Shampoo & Conditioner. These products are infused with Keratin Peptides and Botanical Extracts to leave our strains smoother and stronger and is now nicknamed the straightening line because of the keratin that is in it. By No Means will you hair get straight without blowdrying or Flat Ironing. I received the Straightening kit but did not straighten my hair. I was really only interested in the Smooth & Repair Shampoo and conditioners.

My Thoughts:
Ok..... this shampoo is the Bombdigity (if that's a word). Lol! I loved it. My all-time favorite Shea Moisture shampoo is the Curl & Shine and swore nothing was better as I have tried almost all of their shampoos. But this one is the most moisturizing yet. I could detangle with this shampoo easily - and you know that's normally not possible. After I rinsed it out my hair was soft and noticeably not as frizzy as I am used to my hair being after shampooing. I did notice my hair was more stretched than normal and thats when I read the label and see that it 'indeed' have straightening agents in it. No wonder my hair wasn't frizzy.
Pro: Cleans well • Reduce Frizz • Super Moisturizing
Con: None! If you don't want stretched curls or frizz-free hair, then this is not for you.

My Thoughts:
First lets touch on slip. We natural sistas know that slip is everything to us when it comes to a conditioner and this product sure delivers. It feels good in my hair and my hair sucks it up. I left it on for a while to deep condition then I rinsed out. My hair felt stronger - it must be the keratin in it that gives me that feeling. Now I can't wait to go get the Masque for a real deep conditioning.
Pro: Control Frizz • Conditions Very Well • Hair left soft and moisturized
Cons: Ummm...I can't think of one
Would I recommend these products? Hell Yea! These are my honest reviews. I am not getting paid to do this.
